BERIC LYNTON

AUSTRALIA

Racing is in Beric Lynton’s blood, following on from his father Bruce. As a teenager he was eager to get into motorsport, but not until he completed his university education could he turn a dream into a reality.

The Gold Coast BMW dealer has competed in over 190 races Australia wide including the Bathurst 24 Hour and multiple 12 Hour class wins, Australian Performance Car Championships, Australian Production Car Championships, MINI Challenge and the Nurburgring 24 Hour Race in Germany.

His impressive car collection has ranged from BMW M3, BMW M3R, BMW 323i, MINI Cooper S JCW Challenge Car and a Holden HQ. In 2012 Lynton built a BMW 1M race car, the first of its kind in the world which he continues to race.

Lynton comes off the back of the Class D victory in the 2015 Bathurst 12 Hour before joining the MARC squad alongside Tony Alford and Mark Griffith in the Donut King MARC Focus V8.
